We looked at the 27 Chinese takeaways and restaurants with a public Google rating and an address in RM15 to RM20 and SS17 (checked 4 October 2026). Every figure below is counted from those listings. Nothing is estimated.
What kinds of place are they?
Google files each listing under a category. The most common:
- Chinese Takeaway: 19
- Chinese restaurant: 4
- Takeaway: 2
- Asian restaurant: 1
- Asian Grocery Shop: 1
How well are they rated?
The middle (median) rating is 4.0 stars. By band:
- 4.5 or higher: 4
- 4.0 to 4.4: 12
- 3.5 to 3.9: 6
- below 3.5: 5
How many reviews?
Between them they have 3,105 Google reviews. The most reviewed is Ming Long Chinese Restaurant & Takeaway with 264 (rated 3.9). The median is 114 reviews per listing, and 3 have fewer than 50, which is too few to say much about.
Food hygiene
We could match 24 of them to the Food Standards Agency register. 5 of those hold the top rating of 5, and 0 hold a 2 or lower. Hygiene ratings are the council inspector's, not Google's, and can be out of date.
