Dean Keating: The AI Automation Consultant Who Publishes This Thurrock Directory

Why a publisher appears in a directory of shops and salons

On 10 October 2026 this site listed 832 businesses across 19 categories, from garages and nail salons to dentists and pubs. Each was found through Google Maps and is ordered by its public rating. Nobody pays to be listed or to move up.

Dean Keating is the one entry that does not fit that pattern. He writes and runs the site, and he also sells an AI service. His profile therefore carries a label saying so, and it is left out of every ranking. He has no rated Google business listing, so there is no score to rank him on in any case.

Treat this page as a description from the company that wrote it, not as a review.

Where he works from

Horndean is in Hampshire, north of Portsmouth. The directory covers Grays, Tilbury, South Ockendon, Stanford-le-Hope, Corringham, Purfleet-on-Thames, Chafford Hundred and Aveley, and he is not based in any of them.

The build and install are done remotely, and his website says that works anywhere in the UK. It also says he can visit businesses in Hampshire or nearby. A Thurrock owner who would rather have a person in the room should say so on the first call, and should look at providers based in Essex as well.

The service in plain words

He builds software agents and puts them inside the email, website forms, WhatsApp and diary tools you already have. His website names the work they take on: answering new enquiries day or night, following up each lead until it books or says no, sending quotes and chasing the ones that go quiet, filling the diary, answering routine questions, passing awkward cases to a person, raising invoices, chasing late payments and producing a weekly report.

The wording on his site is installed for you, not handed over. He builds, installs, trains your team and supports it afterwards.

It is not a course, not a phone-answering service and not a chatbot you subscribe to and set up yourself.

How a job begins

1. A free call about how the business runs.
2. An audit of which work is worth automating.
3. The build and install.
4. Training and support.

He starts with the single task that would help most. After the free call you have a plan you can use with him or without him. No price list is published; the cost is given after that call, with no obligation.

What his website says about him

It says he is a Shopify 10K Award winner, has more than ten years in marketing, has driven more than a million orders through Meta ads and spent five years as a professional stand-up comedian first. He also builds websites for trades and small businesses and does SEO. These are his own claims and we have not checked them independently.
